Our 4000 ft2 facility includes seven treatment rooms, a pedicure/manicure oasis, and a downstairs relaxation lounge with cedar sauna available for use before or after a treatment.

Our highly trained staff is hand-picked for excellence and consists of qualified Cosmetologists, Estheticians and Massage therapists from all over the world.
Arrivals
Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior
to your appointment time in order to fully enjoy the TriBeca Beauty
Spa experience. If you are a first time spa client we will ask you
to fill out a client card, you will then be given robe and slippers
and ushered into the lounge area where you can enjoy refreshments or
relax in the sauna before your treatment. If you do not wish to use
the lounge facilities before your facial or body treatment we ask
that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Tips
Tipping is a standard spa practice. We only take tips in CASH. Please arrive with enough cash to cover a 15-20% tip for your service.
Cancellations
Treatments are reserved specifically for your needs based on availability.
We prepare the rooms and products to be used for each service according to the scheduled
appointments for that day. In order to best accommodate your request we appreciate
a 24 hour notification for any changes or cancellations for individual services, 48 hours notification for multiple services and 72 hours for spa parties.
We regret that a lack of notification will result in full billing of your scheduled services.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are only redeemable at
TriBeca Beauty Spa for the amount or service specified on the gift
certificate, by the expiration date indicated. If a specified
service is no longer available by the time the gift certificate is
redeemed, the original gift certificate dollar value can be applied
towards another service.
Not Refundable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and
cannot be returned for a cash refund.
Returns
We will issue a store credit for any unopened
product returns. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of
purchase.
